What should I bring?
A day at Sãrana requires little preparation. See below what you can bring yourself and what you can get from us.
What do you bring yourself?
- Two towels: a large one to lie on, big enough for your whole body, and a small one to dry yourself after a bath or shower.
- Flip-flops: handy and hygienic for walking from sauna to bath.
- A bathrobe: to keep warm between two sessions and during a break in the restaurant.
If you prefer to travel light, you will find everything with us too. Bathrobe and towel pack can be rented for €9, flip-flops can be bought for €9, or take the complete linen pack for €24.

Nude or in swimwear
At Sãrana wellness, for hygienic reasons, you enjoy a naturist wellness experience. On Wednesdays and Saturdays we exceptionally organise a swimwear day.

Opening hours
Our wellness centre is open 7 days a week. Monday to Sunday: 10.30 am to 10.30 pm.
Swimwear days
On Wednesdays and Saturdays swimwear is required and we only welcome visitors in swimwear.
