These cancellation terms apply to all reservations at Sãrana, regardless of the chosen admission, massage, treatment or package.
A reservation can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved start time. In the event of a timely cancellation, the amount paid is converted into credit for a future visit. No refund is given. A reschedule is always subject to availability.
In the event of cancellation within 24 hours before the reserved start time, amounts already paid are not refunded.
A cancellation or request to reschedule must be reported in writing via info@sarana-wellness.be or via the contact form on www.sarana-wellness.be. The time at which Sãrana receives the notification determines whether the 24-hour period was met.
If a guest does not show up without prior written cancellation, amounts already paid are not refunded.
In the event of late arrival, the reserved end time remains unchanged. Lost time cannot be made up or refunded.
In exceptional and demonstrable cases of force majeure, Sãrana may, without being obliged to do so, allow a reschedule to another available date. Sãrana may request supporting evidence for this.
When Sãrana itself has to cancel a reservation, the guest may choose between a new available reservation date or a refund of the amount already paid. Sãrana is not liable for any additional or indirect costs.
For services performed on a specific date or within a specific period, there is no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, insofar as the applicable legislation provides for this.
By confirming a reservation, the guest declares to have taken note of these cancellation terms and to agree to them.
